Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation: If a client needs to cancel, a refund won't be issued. However, the session can be rescheduled within 24 hours. Punctuality: Clients are encouraged to be punctual. If a client is late, the session will not be extended beyond the scheduled time. Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment for virtual sessions. Technical Support: In case of technical issues, we will do our best to provide assistance. However, technical problems on the client's end do not qualify for a refund.
